Nespresso Vertuo POP

 

The Challenge

In order to launch their new Vertuo POP machine, Nespresso asked Story to create broad visibility in traditional media but also among a new target group for Nespresso – Gen Z. An audience that is highly digital, wants to be entertained and enjoys playful experiences.

 

The Solution

Besides a broad press outreach towards both long and short lead media, we needed to create an experience that would enable great social media compatible content. We invited selected influencers and known faces to a colorful karaoke evening where we sang our pophearts out – Vertuo style. Each karaoke room was color coded with one of the Vertuo POP colors and represented a certain sensation evident in decor and the list of karaoke songs. The star of each room was the colorful Vertuo POP machine.

The Result

The launch activities went above and beyond expectations, resulting in over 40 clippings and more than 3,3 million in total reach. The event received positive reviews from guests including This is the best event I've ever been to" and "I never wanna go to another event!".
